What can I say, WOW. The most stunning villa I have ever had the pleasure of staying in, I’ve rented villa’s in Ibiza, Turkey and Italy and this beats them all hands down. Owners greeted us on arrival and gave us a tour of the property, couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating of all of our needs. The villa is huge, the pictures do not do it justice, fantastic bedrooms, huge living room, dining area and kitchen and the pool area is second to none. BBQ’s around the pool in he sun, what else could you want…! We loved it so much we didn’t leave the place for the first two days. Arenal beach is a short drive or taxi journey and it’s an absolute hidden gem, bars, restaurants and activities to cater for everyone. I would happily recommend this villa to anyone and everyone and will hopefully come back myself to stay. If you want spacious luxury, then this is the place for you. 5 stars and 10 out of 10 to Casa Don.

Villa is amazing, very comfortable lovely crockery and glasses. Fittings and fixtures are top quality. We were a party of 16, 9 adults and 7 children, everyone enjoyed it and with so much space there was always somewhere. quite to escape to. Fabulous pool and the games room was a great success with adults and children alike. The owner Lesley and her husband were very helpful with some minor probs we had and things were put right very quickly. It was a social occasion as it was my 70th Birthday so the whole family got together and it was the most perfect place to celebrate.

We have had a lovely stay here as a family of 17. The villa is perfect. We had kids aged 1yr-16yrs and they all enjoyed it. The games room with pool table,Xbox and darts board was a great addition. The adults loves the poolside bar with drinks cooler too. The pool is a great size with ample shade. Plenty dining and relaxing space both in the sun and shade. The owners really have thought on everything.

You need a car to get the beach and the shops. However there is a taxi service so definitely wouldn’t put me off.

Above and beyond what i thought ,our children loved the facilities and the rooms were all very spacious and well thought out. 13 members of our family stayed and there was plenty room for more. The only thing we had to get was food and the local supermarkets only 10 mins away. The beach was only 10 minutes away by car and not over run by tourist.The morning views were just amazing and we hope to return.Thank you to the owners for a memorable family holiday.

The villa has everything you need. It is in a great position, with fantastic views and is perfect for families or large groups. The facilities are excellent, with a lovely pool, large bedrooms, games rooms and more. The owners were also extremely helpful and were extremely quick and efficient in helping us in anyway we needed. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough.

We booked this villa for my mother’s 60th birthday and what can I say it was pure luxury from start to finish upon on arriving were was met by a lovely lady who showed us to the property and explained and showed us around this beatiful villa this villa is pure luxury spacious beautifully furnished heated pool,bar, pool table, darts it had everything you could of wished for and more it had sky tv internet connection the bed rooms were beutifully furnished beds were comfy all had ensuites I really look forward to coming and staying again and will be recommending this villa to my friends and family thanks for our special stay Mr Maloney . We stayed in this beautiful big villa recently and we was blown away for the quality of it , we have rented many villas all over the world and have done for years and we can say nothing has come close to the quality and comfort that this villa brings. It is equipped with 7 huge bedrooms 6 bathrooms , 3 of which are ensuites to the bedrooms adding a lot more privacy. There is a games room on the lover level which leads onto the pool area . The games room is equipped with a bar area with Moroccan style decor which is outstanding a great feature , in the bar area there is a huge fridge for cooling bottles a sink allot of storage for glasses and bottles . Above the bar area there is a big television covering the whole wall area with all the different Channels sports etc . There is another television at the other side of the games room for gaming Xbox , there is a pool table and a dart board area . The games area is very spacious and as I explained leads out on to the pool area which is a really big private space which is not looked on at all , and because it is south facing you have the sun the whole day on the pool area . There is a Bali house type seating area which is shaded from the sun for relaxing , reading and entertaining . There are 2 or 3 other terraces leading from the living room , kitchen area and bedrooms with allot of seating for dinning , relaxing , sunbathing or sitting back with a glass of wine and taking in the panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea or the surrounding mountains truely breathtaking and a really quiet location . There is a huge garden area grassed in front of the property and at the back of the property is great area for the children to play football and other games or say hello to the horses and donkeys housed next to this property the children loved them . The location of this property is perfect as there is no passing traffic and is really quiet . The drive to the main Arenal beach area is 10 minuets tops same to the port area . There is secured gated parking at the property for up to 5 cars . The house itself is supper modern everything inside is brand new and well equipped . I must say even describing this villa does not do it justice to truely appreciate it one must be there , such a special beautiful property . congratulations to the owners for there high standards and for being so welcoming and helpful towards us with all our needs . We will be visiting this property again many times in the future.

Spent 3 weeks of the summer holiday in this gorgeous modern spacious villa. There was 7 adults and 4 kids and so much space it was unreal. The villa could sleep over double of the amount of us and even then there would be plenty of room. This villa would be perfect for large families/ groups wanting to share or even a small group like us wanting the extra space. It’s got all the amenities that you would have back home which is a good thing as it means not having to go overboard with the packing. Can just use the washing machine and drier. Rooms are spacious with fabulous views of the sea, mongo mountain and surrounding areas. Bedrooms also spacious and some of the rooms have outside chilling space again with great views. The villa is set out over 3 levels with the pool being on the lower level. My 3 boys loved this as when they’d had to much sun they would go into the games/bar area also on the lower level to play pool, darts and x box all of which is provided including sky tv. The outside space is just unreal my boys made use of the lawn playing football, bowls and other activities they decided on. They loved the horse and donkey in the property behind which they saw daily. Owners are really nice and can’t do enough for you. Really can’t put into words just how amazing this villa is and its only a 10 minute drive to the front and beach area. Will be visiting again in the near future.

Nous avons séjourné dans de nombreuses villas au cours des 20 dernières années et c’était de loin le meilleur. L’emplacement a une perspective étonnante, très calme et exceptionnellement bien équipé. Notre séjour de deux semaines était parfait, la villa extrêmement confortable, propre et surpassé nos attentes.

Lesly était très serviable et instructif de notre première enquête et nous a accueillis à notre arrivée, ils étaient disponibles pour toutes questions ou demandes nous avions mais pas de toute façon intrusive.

Cette villa est si privée et calme, nous allons certainement recommander cet établissement à des amis et sûr de revenir.

Javea est jolie et chaque type de cuisine était disponible dans la vaste gamme de restaurants.

Si vous êtes une famille ou un couple jeune ou vieux, vous ne serez certainement pas déçu.

Un grand merci à Lesly pour son haut niveau de communication et de présentation.

18 of us stayed at the villa in August – all 5 families had a wonderful time! We were blessed with fabulous weather so we always socialised and ate outside – Such a great outdoor area. The views from the villa are absolutely lovely and it’s about a 10 minute drive to the local supermarket.

Lesley the owner came to visit one day to check all was ok, she was full of lots of tips about the local area.

The villa inside is pretty light and airy, a welcome relief from the sun at times. The kids loved the games room and the lounge and the men loved the gym area. We didn’t use the indoor kitchen but it looked clean and tidy!

We went over capacity due to a last minute addition and it still didn’t feel too full. However one couple had the bunk bed room next to the lounge and it was a bit of squeeze for them. Would have been more suited to kids but we didn’t have any other option. It would probably be best with just single bed/s in there.

The villa was a bit tired/dated in some areas, nothing though that would put me off visiting again, and as we were outside most of the time so it didn’t really bother us. Also a few maintenance things that could do with sorting but nothing major and again it certainly didn’t bother us!

We had a really brilliant holiday 8 adults and 6 children in early June 2017.

The Villa was everything we hoped it would be, totally secluded with a brilliant pool.

All the facilities were as advertised and the hosts Lesley and Jamie are really nice people and could not be more helpful.

One point to note is that a car is a must for getting to the town beach and for supermarkets.

A standard taxi to the town or beach is approx 30 euro return for a minibus taking 7 people it was 50 euro return.

All in all a great family holiday

We stayed in the villa in April (15 of us) and absolutely loved it!

The villa has everthing you need. We all loved the outside area, the pool, the outside kitchen/bar and relaxing outdoor seating area with an outstanding view of the mountain. We spent most of our time out here as the weather was great and it suited all ages and the kids (and adults) loved the pool. The gym facilities were very good with an amazing view.

The owner Lesley and her colleague Sam were very helpful and quickly sorted out any queries we had.

Javea is such a lovely town. It is worth visiting the Arenal beach which is about a 10 minute drive, it has a lovely sandy beach with great shops and restaurants (we had some great meals and tapas).

We would definitely go back as everyone loved it ….. hopefully soon!

Stunning Villa, had a fantastic time at the villa.We spent a week and had a ball there was 13 adults and 2 kids , loved the outside kitchen and bar area which we used everyday it was large enough for everyone.

Pool area is fab with bbq, mountain views and plenty of space to sunbath &a large sitting area to sit and nite and enjoy a few beers.

Jamie helped with everything nothing was to much trouble also Pete the taxi guy took us when ever we need him , Thanks guys DEFO be back …

We recently stayed in Casa Madeleine and had an amazing time, the villa was superb, it was done out in such a high quality and was beautiful inside and out the views were stunning across the mountain, it was extremely clean and had everything you need there to have a great holiday. The owners were so friendly and welcoming, and couldn’t do more to help with every aspect of our holiday which made our stay perfect!.. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked again for next year, we definitely recommend this villa for a luxury holiday.

Had a brilliant time staying at casa Madelaine the villa had everything we needed for all the adults and kids. We especially like the outside kitchen and bar area which we used a lot. Has lovely views of around javea and mount moungo, javea itself is a beautiful little town with with a fantastic beach and nice restaurants I would recommend hiring a car for the villa as its a bit to far to walk, but wasn’t a major issue as we had Keith the taxi man taking us in most days but does cost a bit over the week. Also would say a special thanks the Jamie and Lesley who help sort out anything we needed like taking us for our first food run and Jamie bought us a cheeky few beers and told us about the town. Thanks again we could be back one day 🙂

We spent the best week ever , celebrating my mothers 70th birthday . There was something for the whole family & we had a ball .

We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone who enjoys the good things in life.

We stayed at Casa Madelaine with our family and it certainly exceeded expectations. The accommodation was excellent and the owners have really thought of everything. There were 4 adults and 5 children and the villa was definitely large enough to accommodate us and more. The amount of care that the owners have put into furnishing shone through and made the holiday even more enjoyable. Beds are extremely comfortable and the lounge area is great to just sit in and have drinks. We liked the fact that there was also a dining area that we could relax in and have our meals together. The villa was luxurious, spacious and perfectly clean which is important for a great holiday.

The pool area is superb with amazing far reaching views of Montogo Mountain, ideal for lazing about in the sunshine. It had an outside kitchen, bar and BBQ area where we enjoyed a fantastic afternoon with our friends and family which went on long into the night.

The supermarkets are within easy reach and have everything you could possible need from a newspaper to fresh seafood for the BBQ! Both kitchens are extremely well equipped with all appliances, plates cutlery etc.

There are some great restaurants nearby with EL Gaucho being our favourite. Benidorm, Javea port and the blue flag Arenal beach are all within easy reach by car. We chose to have a hire car as we like to get out and about and the villa has its own secured private parking which is large enough to accommodate a number of cars.

I highly recommend this villa, the owners are great to deal with and very welcoming. We will definitely be returning in the near future. It is a perfect mix of luxury and ‘Chill Out’ retreat

This villa is as fabulous as it looks on the pictures. We were a party of 9 comprising of 4 adults and nine children between ages 9-15 and we all loved it. Impeccable pool, lovely chill out areas to keep out of the sun if you wish, and all the facilities you need for cooking and BBQ.

Great location, a hire car a must for supermarket runs etc. but there are gorgeous pebble beaches and restaurants within walking distance. Trainers required though as the walk down is quite rocky and steep. Short car journey to Arenal beach (3 miles) for a fabulous sandy beach, shops and bars.

We didn’t want to come home, thank you to Lesley and family – and for Sam for settling us in!

We were a family of 13 people ranging from 4 years old to 56! It was very well planned, everything thought of in a nice area although a car is essential.with that many people it never felt as though you were on top of each other as it had different areas , very comfortable and absolutely stunning. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

We went to Granadella beach which is a pebbly beach but absolutely stunning, would recommend beach shoes, we also went to Areanal beach which is lovely and a little more child friendly for the younger ones. Plenty of places to eat but , we also liked Javea port area for a more Spanish feel. But it was equally nice to have bbq’s at the villa.

We couldn’t fault it and would love to return one day!
