The Javea Beach-side Apartment, is located just 150 meters walk from the famous blue flag Arenal Beach and the beach bars, restaurants, shops, banks, coffee shops and everything else that Javea has to offer. It’s a great location and a very popular place for water sports and motor sports, including sailing, jet skiing, snorkelling and surfing. Javea also attracts many thousands of people every year for its excellent scuba diving sites. There really is no limit to the fun you can have on this amazing part of the Costa Blanca.

THE APARTMENT

The living area is spacious and open, and has a high quality sofa which converts into a double bed. it also has matching cushions allowing guests to sit comfortably in front of the 36 inch, wall mounted TV if they prefer to escape the hot midday summer weather. The TV is equipped not only with English and Spanish television, but also a DVD player. Best of all there is a media player with 100′s of the latest films, TV series, and cartoons for children, allowing endless fun.

Behind the sofa there is a very modern dining table that seats 6 people but can also extend both sides, allowing an extra 2 people. The dining table is positioned in front of the bi-fold doors which opens the whole room up onto the terrace. This gives you the opportunity of dining al fresco or sunbathing or even just having your morning coffee outside. The apartment also has air conditioning and is equipped with Wi-Fi throughout. There is also an electronic blind in front of the bi-fold doors allowing you to shut out or just shade the living space from the outside sunshine if needed.

KITCHEN

The kitchen in this apartment is extremely modern with high gloss white doors both above and below, integrated fridge freezer and wooden work tops. It is equipped with everything one would expect to find in a modern day kitchen including washing machine, dryer, dish washer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and much more.

HALLWAY

The hall area has both the kitchen, bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 running off it, there are hangers for coats, nice modern paintings on the wall, a big mirror and a large storage cupboard.

MAIN BATHROOM

The main bathroom is very spacious with a walk in shower, toilet and matching storage unit, wash basin and mirror. It is tiled in light natural stone tiles.

MASTER BEDROOM

Off the living room is the master bedroom and en suit bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed with 2 matching bedside cabinets, both with lamps. There is also a high matching chest of drawers with a wall mirror above it . The master bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and black out blinds. Off this bedroom is the en suit bathroom which has a large walk in shower, toilet and matching wash basin, storage unit and mirror.

BEDROOM 2

Bedroom 2 consists of 2 matching single beds with decorative wall paintings above them, there is a bedside cabinet and lamp between them. Other furniture includes matching high chest of drawers with a mirror above, and a 2 door wardrobe. The bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning and black out blinds.

BEDROOM 3

Bedroom 3 has a double bed situated underneath the window, a chest of drawers set and a huge 3 door wardrobe. This room is also equipped with a black out blind and air conditioning.

TERRACE

The terrace over looks the back of the property to where the communal pool is situated.

All areas of the apartment are equipped with air conditioning.

There is Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

COMMUNAL SWIMMING POOL

The communal swimming pool is a great size with a slope on one end allowing children to play in the shallows. There is also a shaded swim up bar in the pool where you can sit and order a nice cold refreshing drink. Outside the pool there is a sports bar for those who like to sit inside away from the sun and enjoy the many live sports channels it offers, or stand at the bar with a nice cold beer or cocktail. There is also a restaurant which serves great food throughout the day and night including a BBQ area. Other facilities include daily and nightly entertainment for both adults and children, 4 tennis courts and a mini golf.

There is a pool very close that we use with our Beach Properties here in Javea, its called Lancora , it is a nice big pool , with a bar and restaurant , serving great food and beverages it also has many sports channels for the adults wanting to get out of the midday sun, and for the children it has allot of different activities that they can take part in .

Other activities in the Lancora  include.

L’Ancora has various activities running throughout the week, including:- Aerobicslancora pool 2
- Yoga Classes Begginers/Advanced
- Callanetics
- Circuit training
- Flamenco classes
- Line dancing

L’Ancora is the home of the Valerie Jean Ballet School, and The Stage School, who organise dancing, singing and performance classes on a weekly basis.

We also have baby cots and high chairs should they be needed.
The apartment has a car park for those with cars.
We would highly recommend the mini bus service from Alicante airport to Javea (Beni-connect) which you can view and book on-line for just 25 Euro per head or we could help you with this ourselves . However, if you should require a more personal pick up and drop of too and from the airport we can happily help you with this through one of our very trusted mini bus services we work with here. All ensuring once you arrive here no car would be needed due to the location as we are surrounded by everything Javea has to offer.
Other great places to visit here include the fishing port which also has a beautiful beach too , and a great variety of bars, shops , coffee shops, restaurants and a daily market for all the fish and seafood brought back each night by the local fishermen. The old town is also a great place to visit with many land marks and lots of Spanish character.
We also have a great variety of tours that are available to our clients here that we over see personally including sunset cruises, fishing, jet skiing, snorkelling or even just having a look at this amazing coast line from the Mediterranean on-board one of our speed boats or jet skies (supplement costs apply).
We can arrange for breakfast or lunch to be included in your stay should you require it (supplement costs apply).
